Compostec is the distributor of the Green Cone in Canada. The Green Cone was invented in Ontario in 1988 but is now made in the UK. We ship throughout Canada from Ottawa, Ontario. 

​We mostly work with Municipalities who buy Green Cone systems for their constituents to augment or replace a centralized organics system.  We also offer the Green Cone to School boards, Organizations, Retailers and the straight to the public.

According to our best estimates, there are now more than half a million Green Cones installed around the World keeping greenhouse gases out of the atmosphere by removing organic waste from the waste stream and landfill where it often creates methane gas as it breaks down which is far worse than CO2 for global climate change.
